Vesak festival is a religious festival. It is celebrated during May, by Buddhists all over the world. On this day, all Buddhists go to the temple, offer flowers, light oil lamps, and worship the Buddha. Most of the Buddhists observe sil. Our whole family observes sil on this day. We make beautiful Vesak lanterns. We light the oil lamps and Vesak buckets in the evening. Houses are decorated with Buddhist flags and streamers. It is very beautiful in the night. People go to see the pandals. Lots of people go on pilgrimages. Small children are very happy. I’m counting the days until Vesak comes. 

  Handicrafts in sri lanka A traditionally maintained industry in sri lanka. These industries are widespread in different areas. Wevaldeniya, kandy , pilimathalawa, are examples of this. Industries are maintaind using raw materials locally.  Labor here is traditional labour. This creates exploymet opportunities for the unemployed. Examples of these industries are woods carving masks, cane, brass, batik, products , beer weaving, ect.  These industries have also managed to attract tourists. These traditional in dustries in sri lanka and bring foreign exchange to sri lanka .

 My village  My  village is a very beautiful village.   My village is a surrounded by mountain ranges and has a lot of forests. The fountains are widely spread and Boburu ella waterfall is formed by the collection of athese fountains. Tourists come in large numbers to see this.  My village  in welimada in badulla district had people who live from agriculture . A simple lifestyle pays and the infrastructure is not as developed as in urban areas. But the rich people live. Their lives deal with the environment and they do agricultural work. Working with the environment, he also works to protect the environment. They work to live by facing the obstacles that come in life and live happily and beautifully together.

 Environment is essential for human survival The environment is a unit formed by a combination of people , animals, trees, ect.  This is a beautiful design.  It helps the environment to survive for animals as well as humans since ancient times, man has lived with the environment  and all been connected with the environment . It has become extinct nowadays .    The main reason for this is that with the advancement of technology human beings have been degraded. Has forgotten that his life is governed by the environment .   Respiration is mainly influenced the oxygen released by the trees.  With the destruction of the environment , the aamount of oxygen released by the environment decreases . Due to human  activities the beauty of the environment is tost in order for humans to survive the environment must also survive.  Activities should be launched to protect the environment. In order protect the human being, the environment must also be protected

 My best friend  My best friend is the friend who helped you overcome all the obstacles when life fell apart. I met such a friend in my life. Such friends are known as kalyana friends. Her name is amasha kavindi. It is because  of her that I am getting admission in the university .   Iget got the greatest happiness in life because of her .she is studying at jayawardenepura university.  My only wish is that she gets a good education  and acts. She is still my best friend

  Music is a communal art Music is a universal  language. It is an art medium that can be enjoyed by all regardless of religion or caste. Songs are created based on any occasion and everyone can enjoy it without any hindi nice.  Everyone has the ability to use the various techniques used in music ,melodies and beautiful parts. Different music systems use different technologies. The various tones used in the music  are heart wrenching composition. Indian music  can be mentioned among them.  The tunes used in lndian music  as well as the songs are exquisite creations. The music of different countries is an art medium that can be studied through different fields.  Music is a universal art and everyone has the ability to learn about  all the world's  music without any hindrance . There for, music is a universal  Language .

  Reading completes man  As I see it, a book is a life.  Different as pects  of life are covered by a book .  There is  the ability to study  various information and unknown information about life as well as about the world . Society ,environment religions philosophy etc .make them an intelligent group . A book can change a person . Nowadays reading is moving away from people and some people make books their life . Reading can be said to be a necessary parts of a human being

 I entered the university  University had been the biggest dream of my life. In the face of obstacles in life . My university dream was shattered. I felt like it dragging my life down .  But in the face of obstacles. I stood up for my dream  again.  As a result  my  university dream came true. It is one of the greatest joys in life. With everyone's blessings, l am starting to pursue my university  dream. My university dream my only aim is to win everyone's hearts and advance in my studies.

  My family My family is my life. It is a very beautiful  and happy little frame. My family  has been built with mother ,father and two sisters.  Father and mother are egaged in agricultural  activities and two sisters are engaged in school studies. Mother and father help us to stand  up and train us to live life religiously  as well as academiclly.  They follow their advice and spend their time in harming.  It is our responsibility to make their dreams come true and live a perfect life  in terms of academics as well as character .

 My Hobby My hobby is studying songs .  I can heal my mind as well as my heart. Its not limited to on language.  Ability to study in different  languages researching songs in different languages is one of my favorites pastimes  favorite languages to search for more  information about songs created in sinhala, Tamil, hindi. Through these it is possible  to study  various  tones ,beautiful parts and many ditails.  It is a hobby that i enjoy  doing because it brings me mental satisfaction and freadom of mond.
